Do I need to provide proof before my plates are made?

Yes. As a registered number plate supplier, we must verify that customers are entitled to use the registration mark before manufacturing plates.

After placing your order, you may be asked to provide:

• Proof of identity

• Proof of entitlement to the registration mark

Accepted documents may include your driving licence, passport, vehicle logbook (V5C), or other approved registration documents.

Please send your documents when requested so we can begin production as quickly as possible.

Your information will only be used for verification purposes and handled securely.

## How do I verify my registration?

Before we manufacture your plates, we may require proof of identity and proof that you are entitled to use the registration mark.

Are your number plates road legal?

Our plates are manufactured to meet UK number plate requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle displays legal plates and that the registration details supplied are correct.

How long does my order take?

All plates are made to order. Orders are usually manufactured and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

During busy periods, production times may vary slightly, but we always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible.

Do you sell single plates or pairs?

Yes. We offer both single plates and pairs depending on the product option selected.

Please make sure you choose the correct option before completing your order.

Can I order plates with my own registration?

Yes. Simply enter your registration details into our plate builder before adding your order to the basket.

Do you offer 3D and 4D plates?

We currently offer premium 4D acrylic number plates, with additional styles planned for the future.

How are my plates delivered?

All orders are securely packaged to help protect your plates during delivery.

What happens if my plates arrive damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your plates, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the problem and work with you to provide a suitable solution.

Because plates are personalised and made to order, changes may not be possible once production has started.

How do I fit my number plates?

Our plates can be fitted using suitable number plate fixing methods such as sticky pads or screws depending on your preference.
