At Diamonds Plates, all number plates are made to order and carefully prepared before dispatch.

Production Time

Orders are usually processed and manufactured within 3–5 working days.

During busy periods, production times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to complete and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Options

We currently offer UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery — Free
Your order will be securely packaged and dispatched using a tracked delivery service where available.

Express Delivery — £4.99
A faster delivery option is available at checkout for customers who require their order sooner.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Diamonds Plates cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the packaging and plates so we can investigate.

Made-to-Order Products

Because our number plates are personalised and made specifically for each customer, production begins using the registration details provided at checkout.
